About this IFS professional:
My occupational therapy degree training emphasised client-centred working, viewing each client holistically, within their wider environment and the drawing on an eclectic knowledge base, as needed, to meet the unique needs of each client. So, whilst I am Level 2 IFS trained and have personally experienced the power of the IFS model and believe it is the most effective modality for enabling change, I also bring these clinical reasoning skills into my IFS practice. A key passion of mine is emotional literacy, so I currently also run a six-week Emotional Mindfulness Course for the NHS, to enable clients to explore and develop skills in all aspects of emotional literacy.
