About this IFS professional:
I am a certified counsellor with a pluralistic orientation, though Internal Family Systems (IFS) has become the core framework of my therapeutic practice.
I am also a certified Somatic Experiencing practitioner and have trained in Brainspotting (Phase 1), both of which I integrate into my IFS work to bring a deep focus on the body and its wisdom.
A significant part of my practice is dedicated to plant medicine integration, with particular experience supporting individuals working with Ayahuasca — offering preparation, accompaniment and integration support to help make sense of what these journeys open.
