I am a Level 1 IFS trained therapist. IFS is a gentle yet powerful approach that helps us understand the different “parts” within ourselves. Through this model, I support clients in developing a compassionate relationship with their inner world, fostering healing, clarity and emotional balance.
I extensively work with individuals who have endured abuse, neglect or traumatic experience. I recognise the profound effects of such trauma which could present as anxiety, depression, feelings of guilt and shame, substance misuse, self-harm and thoughts of suicide.
