I have worked with a variety of individuals and now I adopt a more trauma-informed approach to psychotherapy, with a background in Cognitive & Behavioural Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, Dialectic Behavioural Therapy and Compassionate Mind Training.
