About this IFS professional:
I am a qualified Psychosynthesis Counsellor, Co-Active Coach and Sound Therapy Practitioner. I work both in-person and on-line specialising in short to medium term IFS therapy, IFS inspired coaching and Biofield Tuning, a powerful form of sound therapy which I have found works really well as a complement to IFS. While IFS is my core approach, my experience of other therapeutic traditions (energy-work, sound therapy, shamanism, and mindfulness-based practices among others) enables me to create a truly holistic space that supports people to come back to a place of empowerment, balance, harmony and self-acceptance.
