I have 19 years of clinical experience as an NHS psychotherapist working with a wide variety of clients with complex needs, and am now very pleased to be able to also offer IFS therapy appointments to a limited number of private clients online.
With my early training in Gestalt psychotherapy I am also able to offer a creative and compassionate approach to online 1 to 1 work via encouraging journaling, expressive arts and various forms of parts mapping for those who may find this approach additionally helpful.
