About this IFS professional:
I adopt an integrative and collaborative approach to counselling and psychotherapy, drawing on different psychotherapeutic modalities to tailor therapy to each client’s needs. Grounded in the humanistic tradition in psychotherapy, I see my clients as ‘experts’ on their own experience and as individuals with inherent worth, free will and inner capacities for growth. The mind-body connection informs my approach, and I may combine IFS with body-oriented Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. I am attentive to diversity and welcome adults from all social, ethnic, cultural and spiritual backgrounds, and offer sessions in person and online, in English or French.
