About this IFS professional:
I work with adults carrying the effects of trauma and attachment wounds that continue to shape how they feel, relate and move through the world. Many come with insight into why they are as they are, but find that understanding alone hasn’t changed what happens inside. My work is warm, relational and respectful of the whole system. I weave IFS with hypnotherapy, somatic and nervous-system approaches, adapting therapy to the person rather than the person to a method. I have a particular interest in complex, developmental and relational trauma, and in helping protective parts be met with curiosity and compassion – especially those that have had to stay hidden or haven’t felt welcome elsewhere.
