About this IFS professional:

I specialise in working with adults needing support around anxiety, stress or trauma. I see myself as a tour guide around your inner world, where I am lighting the way and helping you to gently and respectfully access the parts of you that are stuck in extreme roles and beliefs.
Many of these roles and beliefs developed in early life so together we invite the parts forward for connection, support, witnessing & unburdening of their struggles/wounds in life and help them to get to know the ‘you’ that is here now. I am passionate about IFS as I have found it to be a gentle yet transformative modality that helps people heal by getting to know and loving their protective and wounded inner parts.
