As a Senior Accredited Psychotherapist Counsellor & Supervisor, Simon has almost 30 years’ experience in a wide range of caring and supportive roles. He works with a wide range of presenting issues such as: trauma (including complex and relational trauma), sexual & domestic abuse, loss & bereavement, as well as family therapy, relationship therapy on top of anxiety, depression and self-esteem issues.
He works with both individuals and couples. Initially an integrative therapist, Simon now finds he uses IFS more and more in his work as he finds the depth and connection when we truly get to know and accept our parts the most powerful form of therapy he has witnessed.
