About this IFS professional:
As a psychotherapist, IFS is my primary therapeutic model. I have specialised in this approach for the past five years. I offer a grounded, compassionate and welcoming space where clients can explore their inner worlds with curiosity, care and respect. My practice is intentionally small co-creating a space of depth, presence and continuity to share within the therapeutic relationship. Getting to know protective parts, building trust and safety, creating the conditions for deeper work to unfold in time.
