About this IFS professional:
I originally trained in humanistic and then Buddhist therapy, and for many years I have been using IFS – I love how it is both gentle and powerful, and it revolutionised the way I practice.
I particularly enjoy working with creative folk, those who have a history of striving and achieving, people who are interested in IFS, spiritual folk, 12 steppers, those with quirky or quick minds, writers and those facing the challenges of mid-life.
I also offer supervision to fellow therapists.
