About this IFS professional:

Since 1999 Sasha has worked one to one and with groups, in various settings including education, the NHS, the public sector, charities, bluechip companies and in private practice. She has a particular interest in complex childhood trauma and how its effects can contribute to an inequality of power in relationships. She likes that IFS deconstructs the inherent power imbalance in the therapeutic relationship with its core belief that with the right conditions we all have it within us to heal ourselves. She also finds the approach of being curious and warmly welcoming all parts of us (including the ones that challenge, frustrate or scare us) really effective in creating lasting positive change.
