Hi there
I specialise in anxiety, depression and trauma presenting in adults. I work in a safe, trauma informed manner with nervous system regulation and mindfulness at the heart of my work. I have over 20 years’ experience working in a variety of clinical settings and am a fully trained EMDR psychotherapist.
I fell in love with IFS a few years ago and it has truly shown me and continues to show my clients that it is the gold standard in terms of psychotherapy modality. I love watching my clients become curious about their own systems and start to fall in love with ALL of their parts. Even the ones they thought never possible.
