About this IFS professional:
I’ve been practicing as a therapist since 2010, working with IFS for the last 8 years. I hugely value the compassion, clarity and potential for transformation that IFS offers, and I’m constantly inspired by the people I work with. I aim always to bring warmth, kindness and lively curiosity to sessions, and to create a space of safety for deep inner inquiry.
My IFS work is supported by an integrative, relational approach, and by my training in somatic and mindfulness-based approaches, couples therapy and psychedelic-assisted therapy. I have a strong interest in transpersonal work and also use IFS to help support people in processing challenging psychedelic and/or spiritual experiences.
