About this IFS professional:

I have extensive experience of providing short term therapy in a university setting alongside a private practice where I work on a more open-ended basis with a broad range of adult clients. I worked in an NHS clinic during my initial psychodynamic therapy training. I have also worked for an EAP providing CBT to doctors and hospital consultants. I now work integratively, drawing on all the therapy models in which I have trained, but find that sensorimotor therapy and IFS therapy are often most effective in helping to heal the deeper levels of distress that lie behind a lot of clients’ presenting problems. I have a particular interest in working with developmental and complex trauma.
