In my own life, I’ve recognized inner child and ‘parts’ work as a most effective and authentic way to heal.
My ‘doors’ are open to any individual 18+. All races, genders, religious affiliations and sexual orientations are welcome. Although I don’t work with couples, I offer coaching for platonic, dyadic relationships (siblings, roommates, colleagues, etc). As a former professional athlete, I have a passion for working with athletes, teams and performance issues. I connect well with those who value spirituality and seek to explore this part of themselves and/or work through trauma from religious settings. I work well with any individual who desires to pursue health.
