I offer IFS to individuals and groups around the world, mostly online and sometimes in person on the Isle of Wight.
I am an experienced coach, workshop leader and coach supervisor (in practice for more than three decades). My clients come from many walks of life and include creatives, leaders, entrepreneurs, young adults, and people seeking to transform stress, anxiety, and pressure into self-leadership, inner calm, presence and the capacity to make wiser choices.
In addition to IFS, I’m an Integral Coach, Adult Development Coach, Systemic Constellations Practitioner, Executive Coach and Team Coach. I’ve been meditating for more than 40 years and bring a spiritual lens to all my work.
