About this IFS professional:
I am an IFS-trained therapist and BACP-accredited Counsellor with over 20 years’ experience. My trauma-informed approach integrates Somatic IFS and attachment theory to address the roots of your distress. Together, we gently explore your parts and body sensations to access unspoken stories shaped by early relationships, as well as cultural and ancestral legacies. Befriending your parts helps reduce harsh self-criticism and internal conflict, supporting emotional regulation and a shift from reactivity to choice. I work with anxiety, trauma, identity, belonging and attachment issues, health and illness, and welcome international and multilingual clients. I also assist on IFS trainings worldwide.
