About this IFS professional:
As a medical doctor I was inspired to train in IFS due to my personal experience of the wisdom and effectiveness of this modality. This inspiration was furthered by my observation that when I suggested the possibility that patients’ parts could be involved in their health conditions, their eyes lit up at the sudden understanding of the interconnectedness of their system. Despite the short time available in a GP surgery, patients were able to reach levels of realisation and self-compassion that allowed their Self-energy to guide them to deeper healing and better health.
After hearing, ‘You should be a therapist, not a doctor’ on more than one occasion, I followed my heart and find myself here.
