Philip works with clients to build a trusting, safe, therapeutic and compassionate relationship. He works relationally and holistically, using a number of therapy approaches to meet the client’s needs to work through psychological, social and emotional difficulties. Trauma-based therapy approaches, including Eye Movement Desensitisation Reintegration (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic ways of working & third wave Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
Works with people experiencing complex PTSD, attachment concerns, anxiety/depression. Experienced in working with men surviving sexual trauma and LGBTQ+ people. He is also an Equine Facilitated Psychotherapist and works in nature.
