About this IFS professional:
Hello, I am Paula. I am a dedicated BACP Accredited Counsellor and psychotherapist with a passion for the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model. I have over 20 years’ experience working within a range of settings, including a Rehabilitation Hospital, a Homeless Charity, Bereavement centre and, for the past 10 years, my own private practice.
I currently work with adult women only.
I have extensive experience supporting clients through trauma and addictions.
Since discovering IFS, I have fully embraced the model and I have completed the levels 1, 2 and 3 trainings. I have completed IFS Informed Supervision and I have been a Programme Assistant on a level 1 training.
In addition to therapy, I also offer IFS-informed supervision.
