In our sessions I hold the space for you to explore your inner world from a mind-body-spirit perspective. I often integrate somatic psychotherapy techniques with Internal Family Systems – knowing that your mind and body are not separate, but are deeply inter-connected, holding stories of the past. Clients come to me for variety of reasons such as – working through the effects of childhood trauma, hoping to break generational patterns, improving or repairing relationships, nurturing greater self-confidence and self-worth, exploring spirituality and collective traumas.
