About this IFS professional:
I offer trauma-informed, IFS-informed therapy for adults seeking deeper healing and self-understanding. With over 15 years’ experience, I specialise in LGBTQ+ and GSRD communities, neurodivergence (ADHD and Autism), addiction, trauma, chronic illness and family estrangement. Trained in IFS Level 1, EMDR Levels 1–3, and Brainspotting, I help clients understand the protective parts behind anxiety, self-criticism, emotional overwhelm, addiction and relationship challenges.
