About this IFS professional:
As an integratively-trained counsellor, I can interweave therapy styles to suit my clients. I predominantly use IFS since my level 1 and 2 training due to the results I am seeing with my clients. I have found that the warmth, understanding and compassion that is developed towards our inner worlds when using IFS helps people develop and feel more connected to and compassionate towards themselves.
I have worked with many different people experiencing different difficulties including bereavement, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma and neurodiversity.
