About this IFS professional:
IFS is effective to build relationships with the parts of us that are less well-known, or, for whatever reason, have been kept private from others and sometimes even from ourselves.
It is a compassionate, gentle yet highly effective and powerful way in which to improve the harmony of our inner lives, to find space and to allow a natural way of being.
One area of specialism is working with ex-boarders – I have a diploma from working with Nick Duffell and am on the Boarding School Survivors facilitation team. IFS is particularly good at welcoming those powerful and loyal parts of us that took us under their wings when were sent away.
