About this IFS professional:
I have a lot of experience working with bereavement and loss. Loss is not limited to the death of a loved one; it can also be anything from the loss of a relationship to loss of home or identity, anticipatory grief or a general feeling of loss. I support people with pet loss. I also have special interest in anxiety, trauma, and sexual abuse. IFS is a beautiful way to access and make sense of our rich inner worlds.
In my experience as an IFS trained therapist and as a client, I have seen and experienced the way in which it can create inner spaciousness and peacefulness, by helping clients meet and build tangible connections with the various different aspects of themselves.
