About this IFS professional:
I offer IFS therapy to adult individuals with differing presentations. For example Trauma, C-PTSD, anxiety, depression, dissociation, perfectionism, self criticism, substance abuse and impulsive behaviour.
The IFS model is effective in its outcomes as an evidence based form of psychotherapy. From my clinical impressions and application to practice through applying the IFS model, I support my clients in feeling safe and connected with their inner systems and regaining a sense of Self. I help people rebuild their relationship with themselves in a lasting way—so that living, rather than merely surviving, becomes a real possibility again.
