About this IFS professional:
I’ve been a therapist for over 15 years, specializing in helping individuals who have experienced childhood trauma, those grappling with a sense of not belonging, or struggling with questions about their identity. Additionally, I support neurodivergent individuals with work or relational difficulties and adults dealing with the changes of getting older or becoming ill. I also work with parents who are facing communication challenges with their children.
I discovered IFS six years ago and found that, while I had encountered many of these parts in previous therapy, IFS has allowed ‘them’ to reach a sense of completion. I think IFS can be instrumental in helping to release old wounds.
