A counsellor with 40 years’ experience with couples and individuals, my approach includes psychodynamic, CBT and Internal Family Systems theories.
I offer a warm, supportive and curious space in which we can explore all that the client is bringing to therapy. I really appreciate the parts that arrive into the work, in their own time, so that we can get to know them and help them to say what they need to be heard. Parts work helps clients reach to the heart of the issue, and often to find parts that they have never heard or understood before. It’s rewarding, opening and often healing.
I work online with UK and international clients and in person with Guernsey clients.
