IFS fits well with my original training as a Relational Practitioner, bringing spiritual and somatic (noticing what is happening in the body) aspects which I have found to be deeply healing and connecting both personally and in my work.
It is a kind and gentle client-led practice helping you to become more self-led, deeply heal and understand your parts and your experiences past and present. Being self-led allows you to hear the wisdom of your parts but to make a choice in the ‘now’ as to the best way forward.
I work with adults in-person or online. My hours of work are Tuesdays 9-5, Wednesdays 9-3 and Thursdays 12-6.
