I am a registered Nurse with the NMC, further trained as a BABCP accredited Cognitive and Behavioural Psychotherapist, an EMDR accredited Practitioner, and I am also Level 1 IFS trained.
Compassion and curiosity are at the core of my practice. IFS is integral to my approach to therapy, and I offer IFS as a stand-alone approach or an integration of IFS, EMDR and cognitive behavioural therapy, depending on the client’s needs.
I specialise in trauma, and I work with adults who experience depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, PTSD and C-PTSD.
