I am a BABCP accredited Cognitive and Behavioural Psychotherapist, an EMDR accredited Practitioner, and level 1 IFS trained.
Compassion and curiosity are at the core of my practice. IFS is integral to my approach to therapy, and I offer IFS as a stand alone approach or an integration of IFS and EMDR, and cognitive therapies, depending on my client’s preferences and needs.
I specialise in trauma, and I work with adults who experience depression, anxiety, and relationship difficulties. I also work with people who wish to explore their inner experiences and experiences of life through IFS, and deepen their emotional awareness and their connection to self and others.
