About this IFS professional:
I specialize in understanding early attachments and how childhood experiences shape relationships with oneself and others. My therapeutic approach incorporates movement, art, metaphors and symbolism, which allows clients to express emotions that are difficult to articulate verbally. This creative outlet provides a supportive space for exploration and personal insight, especially during challenging times. I find Internal Family Systems (IFS) particularly effective as it aligns with my focus on integrating different parts of the self. This model fosters self-compassion and healing, empowering clients on their journey toward understanding and growth.
