About this IFS professional:
After discovering IFS on a retreat with Richard Schwartz, founder of the IFS model, I work with individuals and groups to share its practice and principles with others for their self-discovery, healing and growth.
I offer bespoke individual and group workshops and retreats in Lake Como, Italy, where I am based, as well as in the UK and other locations upon request.
Online, I work with a small number of clients one-to-one and deliver an 8-week group programme 'Deepening Your IFS Practice' (see my website for upcoming dates).
My approach combines IFS with positive psychology and coaching, the profound work of Gabor Matè and yogic practices and philosophy.
