About this IFS professional:
I am a psychologist, mental health counsellor and a trauma therapist trained in EMDR and IFS. My approach is rooted in Person-Centred Counselling, as I believe in the innate tendency of people towards growth and integration. I also passionately believe in the usefulness of trauma therapy and I have integrated it into my work, offering IFS as a stand-alone approach or both IFS and EMDR depending on each client’s needs. I find IFS particularly effective in building the relationship between our Self and our parts enabling us to build inner harmony.
