About this IFS professional:
I work with all ages of adults and also those in their late teens. I specialise in working with people with dissociative conditions and somatic (bodily) symptoms (ME, NEAD, chronic pain). I have worked with people who have experienced all types of traumatic events and experiences throughout my career of over 20 years. I am experienced in working with people with neurological differences including neurodivergence (Autism and ADHD) and also any form of brain injury or illness (Cerebral Palsy, Multiple Sclerosis, Acquired Brain Injury, Stroke, Dementia etc). I work from Whitley Bay in a ground floor therapy space (the building is accessed via two single steps) and I also work online.
