About this IFS professional:
I work with people with complex trauma and PTSD. I usually work with childhood difficulties including abuse, neglect or just absent parents. I believe all people have the capacity to live a full and fulfilling life once we've identified and worked with what is hindering that. I use a combination of EMDR, IFS and body work to manage traumatic symptoms. I am passionate about IFS (Internal Family Systems). This is a compassionate and non-pathologising therapy that helps us look at how you got to be the way you are today and how that can change. In IFS we believe there is nothing wrong with you; to the contrary, at your core, you are healthy. My training in trauma helps me provide safe therapy.
