I am a psychotherapist based in Dublin, Ireland, working from an Internal Family Systems perspective and supporting adults and adolescents to explore and understand their inner worlds with compassion and curiosity. My approach recognises the wisdom of the internal system and the innate capacity for Self-leadership. Alongside IFS, my work is informed by trauma-focused and systemic approaches, including Identity-Oriented Psychotrauma Therapy, Family Constellations and Somatic Experiencing (SE™).
