About this IFS professional:
I have been working one-to-one with clients for over a decade, and more recently with couples.
Grounded in Humanistic values and an attachment lens, my practice has gradually evolved over the years. Today, I am most inspired and influenced by my trainings in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Psychotherapy and somatic modalities, such as Polyvagal Theory and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy.
I have a warm, collaborative and flexible way of working. I am committed to an inclusive, neurodiversity-affirming practice that respects diverse ways of thinking, learning and experiencing the world. I continue to learn from and honour the wisdom within each client’s system.
