About this IFS professional:

I welcome people of all genders, sexual expressions and relationships styles.

A psychotherapist since 1999, I have integrated IFS into my way of working over the last few years. I am also trained as a Somatic Educator and include nervous system tending in my work, where helpful.

I am experienced in supporting people with a wide variety of concerns including the impact of difficult early experiences as well as current life challenges, such as anxiety, low self-esteem and loss.

I have a special interest in working with issues around sexual and relationship freedom, such as polyamory, open relationships, sex, sexuality, kink, and swinging. I have also trained in Self-led Sexuality (IFS).
