I am Level 2 trained IFS therapist.
I have my own private practice and work with a variety of clients including clients with complex trauma.
As an IFS therapist I want to offer a space where you can become aware, move towards & be with the different parts of yourself. I work on the understanding that all thoughts, feelings and behaviour make sense and provide valuable insight into parts that are hurting and parts that are trying to help manage the pain.
