About this IFS professional:

I am an integrative therapist whose work is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy. IFS offers a compassionate way to understand the different parts of ourselves that may carry anxiety, emotional pain or protective roles.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, addictions and the impact of trauma or childhood experiences. IFS helps people explore these patterns with curiosity and develop greater self-understanding and self-compassion.

Alongside IFS, I draw on an integrative approach, offering a warm, non-judgemental space where clients can work at their own pace.
