About this IFS professional:

I am a qualified social worker and systemic psychotherapist. Much of my career has been within Children’s Services and I am experienced with working with children and families from all different backgrounds and stages of family life. I am passionate about creating meaningful change with children, parents, couples and families and pride myself in working anti-oppressively and ethically. I came across Internal Family Systems in 2020 and found that this approach fit me personally and professionally as its ethos is on supporting people to build on and embrace their own resources, through self leadership, with the role of the IFS therapist to be alongside them on their healing journey.
