About this IFS professional:
I have a small private practice specialising in working with clients who have complex traumas.
In my NHS career, I have specialised in working with this client group for many years, particularly in therapeutic communities where human connection is understood as being so fundamentally important for both understanding each client’s unique story, difficulty and strengths – and so important in facilitating the development of trust in order to grow.
Since incorporating IFS into my work, I have discovered that clients seem to really engage with the concepts, that therapy seems to reach deeper more safely and that by attending to the trauma held by parts clients can find ways of moving forward.
