I am a Level 3-trained IFS practitioner with roots in medicine (MD). I am also trained in other healing modalities, including breathwork, body- and energy-work.
I create a compassionate space infused with clarity and playfulness, in which parts can land, trust and gradually open up to the sacredness of the therapeutic process. I see that process as an organic unfolding, and therefore a homecoming of parts, in which they remember who they are, and where they truly belong. For me, this process can be described as a homecoming to source with a deep therapeutic value.
