About this IFS professional:
I have been practising IFS for over ten years, having been lucky enough to be in Sheffield when Dick Schwartz brought IFS to Sheffield, and train with him and other teachers to Level 3.
Fundamental to my practice is that ‘all Parts are welcome’, and that when welcomed, they are relieved to finally be able to reveal their struggles, fears and longings for things to be different.
I love IFS deeply, and know that ‘healing is what wants to happen’. All that is needed is to assist the uncovering of our compassionate and curious Self, and for Self to be present with our Parts, using the IFS model as sure-footed guide.
A long-standing Zen practice is central to my life and IFS practice.
