About this IFS professional:
I offer IFS therapy as a stand-alone therapy or blended with Art Psychotherapy (no artistic skill is needed) to explore the deeper patterns that shape how we feel and relate to ourselves and others in a safe and nurturing space. With over a decade working as a therapist I specialise in trauma, attachment difficulties, neurodiversity, and adoption (or boarding school) related experiences. Creativity, a quality of Self, allows parts and Self to express themselves in an alternative way, access embodied experiences, without relying solely on words. This approach supports insight, healing and self-compassion, helping clients integrate experiences and reconnect with their inner strengths.
