About this IFS professional:
I am passionate about IFS therapy and have found it hugely beneficial for myself and my clients. I originally trained in Psychosynthesis which the IFS approach complements very well. I integrate my IFS work with trauma-informed bodywork modalities and embodied meditation practices. I work with people of all ages and backgrounds, and have a particular affinity with young adults navigating life’s challenges. I welcome clients who wish to explore issues including anxiety, depression, experiences of trauma, intimate relationships, loss and grief.
I offer a safe, compassionate and empowering space for people to connect more deeply with themselves and to live with more freedom and ease.
