About this IFS professional:
My specialist area of interest is in trauma and I’m also experienced in helping clients to successfully regain their life from anxiety/panic/phobia, stress and depression.
I have over 30 years of experience in the mental health field, with a mental health nursing background, training in various psychological therapy modalities but with particular interest in IFS and in EMDR. I have worked in the NHS, and within the armed forces for 17 years where I was also a clinical supervisor, before moving into private practice where I have worked with service veterans, other emergency service personnel and civilians. I am able to see clients in Maldon, Colchester and online.
