About this IFS professional:
I work with adults experiencing a wide range of difficulties, and have a particular interest in supporting people with anxiety, low self-worth and relationship difficulties. I’m especially interested in helping people make sense of the deeper patterns that shape how they relate to others and themselves. I find IFS to be a particularly gentle and effective approach in this regard, offering clients a kind, non-pathologising way of understanding their relationship with different parts of their internal world. As people develop a more curious and caring relationship with these parts, they often experience greater self-understanding and self-compassion.
